ABOUT DR.WAI LAU, DDS
Since opening his office in San Francisco's Chinatown in 1986, Dr. Wai Lau, DDS is a trusted provider of dental care in the Chinatown community.
Dr. Lau graduated from UCSF School of Dentistry with a Doctoral of Dental Surgery. He has received multiple awards from Academy of General Dentistry (AGD) and Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD) . He is also recognized in the Fellowship of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (FICOI).
As an experienced dentist who speaks Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and English, Dr. Lau understands how important it is to maintain good oral health, even when you're not able to see your own dentist regularly and communicate in your native language.
Dr. Lau specializes in dental implants and general dentistry. He has extensive experience with a variety of treatments including dental implants, implant surgery and restoration, orthodontics, crowns, bridges, dentures and root canal therapy. He also provides cleanings and exams as well as dental x-rays when needed.
